Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the paving contractor continue subgrade preparation at Nature Walk Parkway between sanitary sewer manholes #10 and 11. Subgrade soil observations are scheduled for a proof-roll on 4/21/26.

The writer also observed the pipe contractor continue installing 8″ ductile iron sanitary sewer line between manholes #B13 and B14. The contractor had installed between B12 and B13 including laterals. The contractor had placed approximately two feet of fill over the pipe.
