Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site to observe the contractor and for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. The contractors are continuing horizontal boring under the main roadway. The contractors are also finishing up the storm line backfill. Density testing was performed and test results were provided to the contractor.

The grading crew is placing their last 1 foot of soil on the front lots by the entrance. Density testing will be performed at finial grade. The contractors requested density testing on the basement Lots #38 and #39. Testing was performed and test results were provided to the contractor.
