On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and observed sub grade and sub base conditions at Nature Walk Pkwy.between sanitary sewer manholes #11 and 6 after rain event. The sub grade conditions between manhole# 11 and 10 appeared stable with blast rock in place with only loose surface silts washed away. The sub grade area previous observed with recommendations to clip -4″ and replace with additional base stone still remain needed for repairs. Most areas appeared stable with recommendations made to place sub base stone over sub grade without clipping to be re observed after placement.Other areas of sub base stone in place between manhole # 9 and 6 had washed silt over some areas and will require clipping to remove. The clipped materials was recommended to be placed at washed gullies at edge of curb line. The Paving contractor continued placing base stone over approved sub grade areas.
