Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site to observe the contractor and for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. The grading crew is still final grading the basement Lots #38 and #39. It appears they have stockpiled soil on top of these lots and are dressing up the slopes located on the backside of the lots.

The pipe crew has moved to the section located behind the swimming pool and tennis courts. The pipe crew is waiting on the county official to inspect a manhole before they can continue. The drillers are test drilling holes in this same area. A copy of the drill log for the test holes will be located in the pictures below. At this time, there does not appear to be any density testing required.
