Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Crew began excavating soil at Manhole Z4-SSMH and proceeded toward Z5-SSMH. The crew excavated the trench to the required depth and alignment in preparation for the installation of an 8-inch DIP pipe. Excavation activities were carried out in accordance with the proposed utility line layout. No backfilling activities were performed during this operation.

At Seven Hills Phase 13, Lot 4, no backfilling activities were performed during the day.
