Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. DCP testing was performed on for NW U3 PH 5A-3 DCP’s at Rosemary Landing, specifically, Lots #1173, #1174, and #1083 located on Rosemary Landing. Each lot was tested in the front of the lot and back of the lot. The lots appear to meet job specifications for soil bearing pressures and appear compacted as per job specifications. A copy of the test results will be provided in the pictures below.
