Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Crew continued working beside the lots 32,33,34. Fill material was placed in lifts, spread using a crawler bulldozer, and compacted using both a sheep-foot roller and a Caterpillar815. Density tests were performed, and the results met the required project compaction specifications.

At the neighborhood site of seven hills beside the lots 32,33,34 the crew started excavating and placing water line and placed No.57 stone around the pipe followed by fill material that was then placed and compacted using a sheep-foot roller.
