Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was onsite to observe fill placement for Lots #33 and 34 performing density tests using a Troxler Nuclear gauge model 3430, serial no. 91643. The compaction results at the front of the lots were suitable for project requirements with recommendation made to continue blading and compacting back of lots to lower moisture contents. The writer also observed the curb contractor continue pouring 24″ curbing at the Plantation gas lines crossings.
