The above mentioned AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on-site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Earthwork Activities

The cut and backfill activities proceeded throughout the day under favorable weather conditions. The cut was performed using a 349E CAT Excavator, sourcing material from a nearby cut location. Routine hauling was carried out by two heavy-duty 745C Loading trucks.

Backfilling and Compaction

Backfilling operations continued on Lots #26 through #30 (backside), a process initiated last Monday. A 61Pxi Komatsu Bulldozer was used for backfilling, and compaction was performed with an 815F CAT Roller.

Density test results confirmed that compaction met job specifications for 95% compaction of a standard proctor. Additionally, proof-rolling and general probing verified the stability of these areas.

Utility Backfilling

The sewer lines between Manholes E2 & E3 were backfilled today. Density test results again met the required 95% compaction of a standard proctor, and stability was confirmed through proof-rolling and general probing.
