Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and observed the Paving contractor continue placing base stone at Nature Walk Parkway between sanitary sewer manhole # 12 and 14.The writer also monitored traffic from other sub contractors traveling on existing sub grade prior to base stone being placed.The additional traffic is causing moderate rutting and scabbing with decisions being made to clip or roll down to stabilize.Additional observations will be made during proof roll of sub base stone.

The Grading contractor continues to place fill at unit 4 and phase 3, also repairing reels at eroded slope areas.The fill placement is also being monitored and tested by another technician from ASEC.

The wall contractor continued installing reinforcing steel at bridge floor slab.
