Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and observed the Paving contractor continue to place base stone over existing sub grade at Nature Walk Parkway between sanitary sewer manholes #12 and 14.The writer continued to monitor additional traffic from sub contractors which caused additional repairs being needed on sub grade to place sub base stone.

The Grading contractor continued placing fill at unit 4 phase 3 which was monitored and tested by another technician from ASEC.

The wall contractor continued to place re steel at bridge floor slab.
