Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and met with the Paving contractor (NWGP) to observe sub grade and sub base conditions after recent rain event.The remaining sub grade approximately 150′ both sides of roadway appeared too wet with rutting observed from sub contractors traffic.With additional rain forecasted for today it was decided not to repair and place additional base stone on today,The Paving contractor reminded onsite setting grade stakes and blading roadway.

Also the writer observed the Grading contractor backfilling poured curbing at round about.

The writer also also observed the Wall contractor installing reinforcing steel at bridge panels.
