Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was onsite to observe the wall contractor (RWS) continuing to install reinforcing steel for the bridge panels. The contractor also completed form work for the wall pour at the dead man footing.

Our representative observed site conditions at Seven Hills phase 13.  Several areas had severe saturated eroded conditions.

Observed the pipe contractor (Savannah) continue installing 18″ storm line between structures Y2 and Y3.

Observed the eroded subbase conditions at Naturewalk parkway between sanitary sewer manholes #12 and 13 requiring repairs at the curb lines.
