Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and assisted in monitoring testing concrete placement at dead man footing east side wall.One set of (6) 4×8 test cylinders were made for 50 cubic yards pour.

The writer also continued observation of reinforcing steel being installed at bridge slab panels.Recommendations made was move vertical bars off top of nelson stubs in panels for sufficient clearance.Also complete clean up of trash and debris off panels.The writer also observed added #6 bars(vertical)under support plate holding threaded dowel bolts for hanging the sanitary sewer line under bridge.
