Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was on site as requested at 145 Rosemary Landing project #887082 for inspection at footings/slab.The footings were observed by probing the bottoms using a rounded end steel rod at intervals of two to three feet.The in place fill and residual soils appeared suitable for a design bearing pressure of 3000 psf,The writer also observed reinforcing at continuous wall footings and floor slab reinforcing (2 # 4 continuous bars in place at all required locations.Lot number ,1074 NatureWalk @Seven Hills
