The down cutting ad backfill a activity was done for a while, but stopped due to high mixture content and allow compaction. Nuclear gauge test shows 32% moisture and way belolow 95% compaction. As a result tilling and scarification was proposed and backfill is stopped for a while.

• After scarification, the dirt was spread and packed.

Then another backfill was done for the road way. Another dirt was dug a and was i n good moisture and high compaction of 99% was observed.

Scarfied to drop the moisture and repack
