Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

The contractor’s plan for today was continue filling the backside of Lots #27 through #31. However, the superintendent changed the plan and proceeded with topsoil hauling.

Storm lines between Manholes E2 and E1 were backfilled and compacted. General probing using a 3/8″ diameter probe rod showed this area to be stable.

Sewer lines between Manholes E2 and E3 was planned to be backfilled but was not completed today.
