On the above date, our representative was onsite was requested by the contractor for a footing inspection of lot #149 pod #14.

Our representative inspected the site, and probe rodded the footing and found a low compaction area located on the front left corner of the building pad (as displayed in drawing). This area was recommended to be excavated approx. 2ft deep. This area was flagged with white flags approx. 3ft to 4ft in each direction of the footing. The rest of the footing around the building pad showed proper compaction.

The site is properly prepped for concrete pour.
