Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day

The crew proceeded by removing soil from the pond excavation and placing it as backfill in the northeast corner of the site, covering a total of five lot areas (Lots #42, 43, 44, 45 and 46). The placed material was graded to the required elevations, and the soils were compacted.

Field testing indicated the backfill material contained a slightly higher moisture content than optimum; however, operations continued as planned. Final grading of the surface was performed, followed by compaction.
