Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and observed the Pipe contractor continue installing 8″ ductile iron sanitary sewer line between manhole structures #7 and 8.The writer observed backfilling at deep elevations which was placed and compacted in suitable lifts.The contractor had installed sanitary sewer line from halfway between manhole # 4 and 5,also from #5 thru 7 on 3/7/26 without the writer present onsite.

The Grading contractor continued placing rock fill at building lots# 33 thru 36 that was monitored by the writer at elevation 902. The observed rock fill placement was suitable for site specifications.

The Blast contractor (Advance) made a blast shot today at lots# 45 and 46.The blast drill log is attached.
