Observations/Finding

As requested, AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) has completed a verification of the rock quantity amounts determined by Elevate Drilling & Blasting LLC on March 18 and 19 (and referred to as Blast #5).

Rock volume was determined based on the attached drill logs. Drilling was performed on March 18 and 19, 2026.  Based on information provided by the contractor, a grid spacing of 8 feet was used.  A total of 129 holes were drilled (88 on March 18 and 41 on March 19).

The total quantity of mass rock shot on these days was calculated to be approximately 2488.89 cubic yards.

Also attached is a sketch of the approximate location for Blast #5.  The green areas depicted refer to the drilling performed on March 18 and 19.  The yellow area was an area previously drilled on February 17, 2026, that was drilled for exploratory purposes only.
