Observations/Finding

On the above date the writer was onsite as requested and observed the Wall contractor (RWS) continuing to install reinforcing steel at bridge panels.The contractor also completed form work wall pour at dead man footing.

The writer also observed site conditions at Seven Hills phase 13,several areas had severe saturated eroded conditions.

The writer also observed the Pipe contractor (Savannah) continue installing 18″ storm line between structures Y2 and Y3.

Also the writer observed the eroded sub base conditions at Nature Walk parkway between sanitary sewer manholes #12 and 13 requiring repairs at curb lines.
