RAM MOGULLA.
President / Principle Engineer
Ram Mogulla, is the President and Principal Engineer of AS Engineering and Consulting, LLC (ASEC), where he provides overall leadership, technical oversight, and quality assurance for the firm’s geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and construction materials testing services. With more than 17 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials engineering, Mr. Mogulla has managed and supported a wide range of complex infrastructure and development projects throughout the United States and internationally.
Prior to founding ASEC, Mr. Mogulla held key engineering and leadership positions with several respected consulting firms in the southeastern United States, where he gained extensive experience in geotechnical investigations, foundation design support, construction materials testing, and construction-phase engineering services.
Mr. Mogulla’s project experience includes major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, and large-scale development projects, including airport facilities, highways, commercial and mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, reservoirs and dams, and energy facilities. He has extensive experience with foundation systems such as drilled shafts, driven piles, shallow foundations, mat foundations, earth retaining structures, ground improvement systems, and deep excavation support.
Through a combination of strong technical expertise and practical field experience, Mr. Mogulla focuses on delivering innovative, cost-effective, and constructible solutions that help clients manage risk and achieve successful project outcomes.
